  • Troubleshooting help where there is a problem of some kind that the notebook is not behaving the way you think it should.
    • Bluetooth synchronization
    • Bluescreen error
    • Etc
  • Selected How To assistance topics that provide guidance on how to do something such as:
    • Backup or recover the notebook
    • Update drivers or software
    • Start the computer using Windows Advanced Menu
